The Youth Agenda (YAA) is an independent national youth organization founded in 1996 to facilitate a participatory process that enables young people to assert their role and visibility in governance and development in Kenya.
YAA envisions a just and equitable Kenyan society in which young men and women live a full and dignified life.
The Mission of the YAA is to proactively facilitate a participatory process for young people to assert their roles and visibility in governance and development.

A Constitution for the Youth
Young people have been at the forefront in steeringthe constitution process- from mass action in the mind 1990's to Bomas, through Kilifi to Naivasha, back to Delta House and finally overwhelmingly campaigning and voting for the new constitution in the referendum.
